RISK ASSESSMENTS

Compiling Baseline Risk Assessment and detailed Risk Assessments

Risk assessments needs to be conducted to determine any risk that any employee can be faced with, you are also required by law to ensure your employees are aware of the risks in their department.

We do baseline or detailed risk assessment for fully operational plants, planned projects, offices, warehouses or construction areas.

OPERATIONAL INSPECTIONS

We conduct full Operational inspections and Building Assessment on existing buildings, warehouse and shopping centres. This includes the inspection of:

1. Lifts, escalators and hoists.
2. Installed rational design for the fire installation with evacuation procedure.
3. The general use of the building.
4. General evaluation of the building’s structure.
5. The general safe use of the electrical installation.
6. Contractor and supplier vetting.
7. Legal compliance auditing and GAP analysis.
8. Pre-occupation Risk Assessment

EMERGENCY INSPECTIONS

Fire drills, evaluations, physical inspection of buildings/premises and detailed reports as well as meeting with Operational Management to determine special needs and conditions, in order to compile an Emergency Preparedness Report and Emergency Preparedness Procedures.

We also provide emergency preparedness equipment to meet specific need of the client.

SAFETY FILES

Compiling safety files for construction sites and attending site meetings.

SAFETY SYSTEMS

Compiling and implementing complete safety systems for company and maintaining these systems on a schedule of the client’s choice whether it would be daily, weekly or monthly.

TRAINING

We offer training to ensure your staff is qualified and competent in their working environment. We offer Height, Driver, Safety and Environmental training.

MEETINGS

Attending SHE Meetings or Project planning meetings to provide expertise on upcoming projects to ensure projects safety standard are adhered to.

AUDITING

We have lead auditors in ISO 145001 and 14001 that are able to conduct compliance evaluations to ensure clients comply to standards and Occupational health and safety act.

ISO 14001

Qualified ISO 14001 and 145001 consultants to assist in implementation and maintaining of ISO 14001 and 145001 systems including assisting with certification audits.

SAFETY OFFICER

Placement of fulltime safety officers for clients to assist in implementation and maintaining of safety systems on site including assisting with accident investigation, induction training, SWP training, operational inspection and safety guidance.
